Kubota 1.5 Tonne Excavator

As at February of 2014 Aqua pro Irrigation has upgraded its fleet of excavators. We have replaced both of our excavators with the current models of Kubota excavators in the same weight class. These machines are much more operator friendly and have better performance figures enabling us to maintain our charge out rates at the same levels as for the older machines.

This machine is the smallest machine in the Aqua Pro fleet. Able to be towed on a trailer, this machine is easy to shift to a new job site, making it the choice for fast leak repairs. It is great for tight access and confined areas and being on rubber tracks it can be driven over paved surfaces with minimal damage. The range of attachments for this machine includes 300mm, 600mm and 1200mm buckets and a ripper and lifting jib.

Kubota 5.5 Tonne Excavator

These machines are much more operator friendly and have better performance figures enabling us to maintain our charge out rates at the same levels as for the older machines.

This is the biggest excavator in the fleet. It is great for multiple leaks and for smaller trenching and excavation jobs. It has good strength and reach abilities and can load full size trucks. It is rubber tracked so access can be made over paved surfaces and it has good climbing ability, enabling it to work on steep slopes and dam banks. The range of attachments for this machine includes a 300, 600 and 1500mm buckets and a ripper and lifting jib.

Kubota Front Loaders

Kubota tractor with front end loader and forks, The tractor finds use handling pipe packs and lengths and for the movement of pump sets and other heavy materials. The loader bucket also enables us to move smaller amounts of scoria and the like for drainage work as well as for moving concrete for thrust blocks from the truck to the mainline.

Toro RT 1200

Aqua Pro Irrigation is proud to announce the arrival of its new Toro RT 1200 wheeled trencher. The new trencher is a big step up from the old Case 860 with 35 more horsepower and computerised load control. Now equipped with Autofarm GPS it delivers the same accuracy but at much faster speeds than previously possible. This machine will dig out to 400mm wide and up to 1300mm deep whilst maintaining its faster ground speeds and accuracy.

Vermeer T400C Tracked Chain Trencher

The tracked trencher and newest member of the fleet. A highly capable trencher that can dig 1500mm deep and up to 450mm wide, with a conveyor discharge that positions a windrow of excavated material either side of the trench. At its best on longer runs of mains and in larger diameter pipework, this machine will outperform an excavator of much greater size and the excavated material will be much easier to backfill giving a far better compaction rate and less subsidence.

Portable Pipe Welding Kit

Complete pipe welding kit that is portable, enabling construction of manifolds and associated pipe works or general welding both on site and in the workshop. The kit consists of both MIG and High frequency TIG welding machines, giving the ability to make high quality welds in both mild steel and stainless steel materials.

Other Equipment

Also available are trash and transfer pumps, various pipe trailers and a fleet of trucks both beavertail floats and tippers. A full workshop facility able to repair and service all manner of pumps and associated equipment.
